Denali Borough Community & Outdoor Recreation Plan

A regional plan to preserve special places and expand recreational opportunities.

I was the project manager of the Denali Borough Community & Outdoor Recreation Plan for the National Park Service’s Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance Program. I provided facilitation, strategic planning and implementation, and document production for this project. From beginning to completion, the project took two years.
